Tim Weisberg was aboard Salem for the first time in a very long while for Sam Baltrusis' Mass ParaCon in September and we had a nice discussion about how much had changed.
Such a nice discussion in fact that Tim asked Don to visit him on Midnight Society the next week.

On a cold day in February a reporter from WBZ radio came to the Seawitch to ask some questions about the GBPA and the ship's hauntings. It was a nice visit and discussion that ended with the reporter getting a little more insight than he expected. Video on the left... |
On Sunday October 11 the Boston Globe featured USS Salem in an article about haunted places in and around Boston. If you read carefully you might even see the GBPA in there someplace!

In late June the GBPA was featured when the Travel Channel filmed an episode of Most Terrifying Places aboard USS Salem! Don was interviewed (and managed to worm his son into one of the recreations) while Eva and Amanda got to be, well they got to be dead, but fortunately just for awhile!

In August of 2016 the GBPA was approached by Matt DiRoberto, Founder of Immersive Marketing and Immersive Productions. He was in the process of partnering Jason Egan of Egan Productions, who founded and ran Fright Dome Vegas located at the Circus Circus Hotel in Las Vegas.
Matt was the driving force behind Ghost Ship Harbor Boston aboard the USS Salem and asked if we could provide background on the ship and help with some other details of the attraction. This was an opportunity far too good to pass up!
Don not only enjoyed his time aboard the ship as always, but was grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with author Sam Baltrusis and the ladies of Paranormal Xpeditions.
