The pictures below are an example of how a shadow entity can appear only on review.

As you can see by the designation numbers on the bulkhead next to the hatch this is the same location, and the picture on the right was taken seconds before the picture on the left.

For those of you who quickly assume my thumb was over the lens, I'll try not to be too insulted and I'll also ask how, if the lens were covered, would you be able to see through the shadow?  Note that in the picture with the shadow you can still follow the line of the hatchway pretty much all the way around.
