On the weekend of October 9th two of the GBPA gang visited Wildwood Sanitarium in Salamanca, NY for an overnight investigation   All in all it was pretty quiet, but the location is amazing and may warrant a return at some point...

I could go into the history but I think this does as good a job as I could...

And we can't forget the side trip we made to Spirit Halloween because...I actually don't know why we went to Spirit Halloween.

We have some videos from Wildwood as well.  Because there are children still in the building people bring and use toys as triggers.  One of these was far too creepy to be called a toy in my opinion...

The other one wasn't as creepy as the so called toy in the video above, but maybe someone can explain why it starts off by saying "EVA"...

We had a pretty interesting dowsing rod session on the second floor of the old hospital.  I believe we spoke to a former (deceased) patient.  She spoke about the little boy "Tommy" who many say still resides in the building.

What was curious took place after the session when I went into Tommy's room alone.  Initially was very talkative (mostly via cat ball).  He seemed to understand that we were there as friends and that we only wanted to talk without causing him any harm.  But when I mentioned the woman we were just speaking to the responses stopped cold. 

Eva came in and although she usually coaxes responses from children she wasn't able to get him speaking again.

That left us wondering who I was actually speaking to.  But you be the judge...
