  This device has become a standard piece        of gear on investigations and is especially      useful aboard USS Salem.

  When placed in a hall or passageway this      piece of equipment can help to                          differentiate between a trick of the eye or    an actual shadow entity.

  The version you see here is the simple            model.

  We use another that is more complex and    gives us readings much like a Rem Pod       while also generating the same red grid.
